A Night At Geylang Serai

Went to Geylang Serai with Siti last night

Geylang Serai is very brightly lit up at night

and there were many people, as usual.

We intended to have our break fast at Arnolds.

When we reached there, it was already full.

We took the queue number 67.

Then we went to the bazaar; just to check on things.

Well, we managed to get ourselves some food and drinks for break fast.

We decided to return to Arnolds at about 9pm.

Hah! When the guy at Arnolds gave us our seats,

many people were unhappy.

Apparently, we 'jumped' their queue.

Queue number at that time was 102.

Well, too bad lah!!

Then come another weird incident.

An old chinese couple came and was given a seat beside us.

Guess what he told the waitress?

He: "Can I have a seat there (points at another seat)?

Waitress: You can sit here, sir (points at the seat beside us).

He: I want to sit there because I don't want to mix with people.

"Wah liao! What a remark!!!!!"

"If you don't want to mix around with people, then don't dine in."

"Take away, lah!!!! or tell your gf to cook at home!!"

*************************************

My blood go up for a while.......

But that never stop us from dining there again,

even though there are many weird people dining in

(exclude us, please.... thank you!)

We will think of another venue to break fast.

This time we will tag Arafah along.

So start thinking , people!!!

Lots of Ramadhan love, Anna.....
